Sunwing offers four different types of accomodations - Interior, Oceanview, Oceanview with Balcony and Mini Suite with Balcony. Air conditioned staterooms include twin beds that convert to a queen size bed, plush European Style Duvets with luxury 100% Egyptian cotton bed linens, a mini refrigerator, private safe, hair dryer, TV, closet, evening turn-down service, chocolates on the pillow, fresh fruit and complimentary amenities. Bathrobes are available upon request.

San Juan
San Juan is one of the biggest natural harbors in the Caribbean and is the second oldest city in the Americas. Cobblestone streets, hanging balconies, chapels and many plazas characterize the historic city.

Barbados

St. Lucia

What’s Excluded - Items of a personal nature, shore excursions, telephone calls, faxes, internet access, spa and salon services, photographs, laundry and dry cleaning, specialty restaurants, casino, medical services, transportation/government taxes and fees, etc. Wine, liquor and other beverages are not included. Alcohol purchased at any port of call may not be consumed onboard. It will be collected at the gangway for safe-keeping and delivered to your stateroom on the last day of your cruise, prior to disembarkation. A 15% mandatory gratuity is added to all beverages purchased onboard.

Cruise Documents - A Pre-Cruise Information Packet will be sent to you. This packet contains a Shore Excursions pre-booking form, a brochure that contains full explanations of the various Shore Excursions that are available for your cruise, a Cruise Answer Book and Baggage Tags. Refer to the Cruise Answer Book for further details regarding your Pre-Cruise preparation and information during your cruise.

Travel Documents - It is your responsibility to determine what documentation is required by all relevant government authorities, including ports of call. See Documentation in Terms and Conditions for further details.

Embarkation - The ship will board passengers at specific times as outlined in your cruise documents.

Special Occasions - Princess Cruises has created a collection of Personal Choice Celebrations. Ask your Travel Agent to assist with birthdays, weddings, honeymoons, anniversaries and renew of vows. Special dietary requirements must be requested at time of booking. Reconfirm dietary requirements with the maitre d’ on embarkation day.

Valuables - Every stateroom has a safety deposit box. Princess Cruises and Sunwing Vacations cannot assume liability for loss or damage of valuables left in staterooms. We encourage you to place all valuables in the safety deposit box.

 
DURING YOUR CRUISE

What to Wear - Casual sportswear, including shorts, lightweight pants, swim wear, beach cover, t-shirts are the order of the day at sea and ashore. Low heeled, rubber soled shoes for strolling the deck, as well as comfortable walking shoes or sandals are recommended. Smart Casual for evening is the norm. Evening attire is suggested for formal nights (cocktail dresses or gowns for ladies and jackets with tie or tuxedos for men).

Dining - Princess Cruises offers four dining options! Requests for dining are on a first-come, first served basis. At time of booking please advise your Travel Agent of your dining preference and times.
Traditional dining with two choices of seating: typically early at 6:00pm and late seating at 8:15pm.
Anytime dining means you are not limited to eating at a fixed time or place on the ship.
Specialty restaurants serving up exquisite local specialties and gourmet favorites are available for a nominal charge (arrange onboard)
Casual - you can get a quick and satisfying bite whenever you like at the Casual Dining eateries, or get take-out and dine by the pool (arrange onboard).

Purchases Onboard - All purchases made onboard will be added to your shipboard account. You will receive an itemized bill of all purchases the night before disembarkation. By providing your credit card in advance, you are automatically registered for Express Check Out. There is no need to visit the Passenger Services/Pursers desk to settle your account. If paying by cash you can settle your account the evening prior to disembarkation. Princess Cruises accepts Visa, Master Card, AMEX, Discover Card, Diners Club and Carte Blance. Travelers cheques, US and Canadian cash are accepted. Those paying by Travelers cheques or cash will be required to leave a $300.00 USD per person cash deposit with the Purser’s staff at the beginning of the cruise. All onboard expenses are in US dollars.

Shore Excursions - Princess offers a complete selection of Shore Excursions. You can pre-reserve for excursions up to 14 days prior to sailing using the Cruise Personalizer at princess.com, or book onboard through the ship’s Shore Excursion desk.

Ports of Call - Princess Cruises will make every effort to adhere to the specifics of the voyage booked; however, circumstances may necessitate alterations to details shown within the itinerary for any reason, at any time.

Shopping Onboard - Princess has a variety of gift shops and boutiques offering tax-free and duty-free savings off suggested U.S. retail prices on fragrances, cosmetics, jewelry, gifts, apparel, accessories and liquor.

Laundry and Valet Service - Onboard laundry and dry cleaning services are available for a nominal fee.

Onboard Communication - All staterooms have phones that allow direct ship-to-shore dialing. You can access email through the ship’s onboard internet café. The ship’s atrium has Wi-Fi internet access (laptop not included). Guests with international cell phones will enjoy coverage at most ports. Families from Canada may reach onboard guests by dialing 1-900-565-2800. Charges will apply to the shoreside party. The 900 service can be used to call or fax the ship. Fees for these services are posted onboard.

Medical Centre - The onboard medical centre is staffed by full-time Doctors and nurses (also available 24 hours a day in the event of an emergency). Charges for medical services will be added to your shipboard account and you will be provided an itemized receipt to submit to your insurance company.
Pregnant women are only allowed to sail if pregnant for 24 weeks or less at time of cruise disembarkation. All pregnant women are required to produce a doctor's or midwife’s letter stating that the mother and baby are in good health, fit to travel and the pregnancy is not high-risk.

Electrical Current - All staterooms are equipped with a 110-volt, 60-cycle alternating current (AC) with standard U.S. plug fittings.

Alcohol / Casino - You must be 21 years and older to purchase or consume alcohol, play in the casino, cash prize bingo and horse racing. Picture ID may be required.

Currency Exchange / ATM- The Caribbean Princess has Currency exchange and ATM’s onboard. The ATM’s provide US cash.

Smoking Onboard - Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Guests are asked to observe all safety precautions and the smoking policy is subject to change at any time.

Salon / Spa Services - The Lotus Spa features spa treatments, fitness classes and beauty salon services. It is recommended to book appointments early to avoid disappointment. Spa and beauty salon services available for a fee.

Princess Patter - The Princess Patter is a daily newsletter delivered to your stateroom every night. It provides you with details on everything that is happening on the ship for the next day.
